I help adolescents and young adults manage anxiety and depression related to trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, deep-seated negative beliefs, family-of-origin, chronic illness, and school-related issues. I am EMDR trained and combine traditional talk therapy with EMDR, tailored to my clients’ needs.
