I work with kids and teens. Whether they are in foster care, needing some assistance with adjusting to their new environment or dealing with past traumas. Or they are living with their parents and just need some help with their self-image. I do also have experience with adults who are ready to develop healthy habits and work on things from their past. I am committed to finding the right therapy for each person.
I am trained in EMDR therapy. I have experience working with clients who struggle with self-esteem due to past trauma, as well as those who struggle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also work well with people with ADHD and Autism.
It has always been my goal to get the best training possible, so that I may offer the best therapy to my clients. I do this through continuing my education through certifications and studying. I make my Christian walk my priority, as I believe being poured into allows me to pour into others. I want my clients feel seen and heard when they leave my office.
