Currently accepting new clients! Early to Mid Afternoon Availability with some evening, but very limited! I am Kara, an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with teens, young adults, and couples. My passion lies in fostering healthy relationships and emotional well-being. With a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, I strive to create a safe space where individuals and couples can explore their challenges and discover practical solutions. With years of experience, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate communication issues, conflict resolution issues, and personal growth.
I have experience working with trauma disorders, anxiety, depression, self-injurious behaviors, self-esteem issues, family conflict, and the LGBTQ+ community. I utilize Systemic modalities of relational therapy, mindfulness, and evidenced-based models. Together, we'll work towards building stronger connections and a more harmonious life.
I feel driven to be authentic, intentional, and supportive, so don't hesitate to contact me if you think we would be a good fit!
