I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and stress, as well as issues relating to childhood trauma or a difficult family. We will work together to heal present symptoms while looking to the past and familial relationships, when necessary, to understand any other factors getting in the way of your happiest life.
My background and training is in psychodynamic therapy and complex trauma therapy. I am happy to offer online therapy when preferred, but I am also always available to meet in person in my office in downtown DC. My practice is always a safe and confidential space to explore all topics, including those related to race, ethnicity, sexuality, and gender.
