Drawing from my own life experiences and years of parenting, I offer hope and encouragement to those struggling with the pain and trauma of betrayal, divorce, infidelity, and emotional abuse. My expertise includes emotional abuse trauma, narcissistic victim syndrome, divorce and infidelity, communication and conflict resolution, depression and eating disorders, as well as anxiety and panic attacks. I also work with women to help them navigate parenting challenges. Additionally, I offer Christ-centered therapy for those who are interested.
