Maybe this isn't what you pictured. You love your baby - or you're still waiting to feel that - and you're also anxious, exhausted, tearful, or grieving who you were before. The hardest parts of pregnancy and postpartum are the ones nobody warns you about, and you don't have to carry them alone. I specialize in supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss, and I'm certified in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International. I also work with children and teens ages 7 and up who may be struggling with big feelings, school stress, or things that are hard to put into words.
In our work together, my goal is to be a steady presence - a place where you can say things out loud that feel unsayable everywhere else.
