I am a seasoned Licensed Professional and Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 30 years of combined experience in Counseling, Coaching, Training, and Administration. I love helping people work through the struggles of drug and alcohol addictions. I also work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, and life transitions.
I use a combination of evidenced based theories – Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral, Brief Solution Focused, and Rational Emotive to identify realistic next steps, and skills needed to move forward.
