I provide trauma-informed therapy, anxiety treatment, and inclusive couples counseling for adults in Missouri and offer virtual therapy for clients across Illinois.
I specialize in anxiety, panic, trauma, burnout, ADHD stress, and relationship issues. I work with individuals and couples of all identities, including queer, trans, and neurodivergent partners. My approach blends CBT, DBT, IFS, Gottman, EFT, and somatic tools to help you understand patterns and create meaningful change.
