This would be an excellent complement if you are engaged in individual therapy services or have completed therapy and need extra support. Led by Me, a licensed psychotherapist- Join other women who get it! Issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, people pleasing, perfectionism, childhood trauma/wounding and emotion dysregulation are common topics and themes! This is NOT psychotherapy, but a support/skill building group.

Did you experience trauma during pregnancy, birth or postpartum? Do you still think about or avoid reminders about what happened to you? Perinatal Trauma impacts many and each person's experience is unique. This is a space to connect with others WITHOUT having to retell/relive the details. Instead, we talk about the impact this experience had on your life/functioning, discuss the Perinatal Brain and Nervous System and learn skills and resources to feel safety. This is NOT psychotherapy, but a support/skill building group. We will cover Anxiety, Intrusive Thoughts, Depression/Mood and adjustment to the “Fourth Trimester.”
