As an intern working toward my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Iowa (expected Spring 2026), I am passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with young people, helping them build confidence, resilience, and coping skills that can support them well into adulthood.
My areas of focus include grief and loss, anxiety, and ADHD. These concerns can often feel overwhelming, both for individuals and their loved ones, and I believe that having a safe, supportive space to explore these struggles can make a meaningful difference.
