Emotional wellness starts with learning how to be mindful and present within your own life. Opening up and asking for support isn't easy; I can certainly empathize. In the past, I prided myself on solving things on my own, which I thought was "healthy emotional independence." However, throughout my experiences and struggles, I found clearer insight and more strength having an ally to open up to, an objective individual to gain perspective. I enjoy meeting clients from varying backgrounds, cultures, concerns & stages of life. Working a great deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, focus & relational concerns, I also have a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders, those identifying in the LGBTQIA community & those wanting to make changes, but having difficulty finding a place to begin
