In addition to integrating The Gottman Method into my work with couples, I am also a Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator and can help couples build and maintain relationship satisfaction as they transition to parenthood.
A significant portion of my practice focuses on individuals and couples with issues related to reproductive mental health including infertility, miscarriage and infant loss, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, IVF, adoption, and third-party reproduction. As a former teacher, I also love supporting children and teens as they navigate life's challenges.
Counseling from a place of personal experience, including a difficult journey to motherhood, I understand the profound impact that life’s hardships can have.
