*teletherapy only* I'm a firm believer humor, hope, and caring are essential components in therapy. My ideal clients are typically adults dealing with everything from anxiety and depression to everyday stressors. I also work in assisting through change of career, divorce, relationship issues, coming out, grief and loss (including pet loss- certified in pet therapy), health related anxiety and anxiety over the aging process; have extensive training/experience working with obesity related issues, including those considering weight loss surgery. **I am not expertly trained in Personality Disorder issues (AXII) and will refer out.**
*Please note- I only offer online counseling/telemedicine at this time. I specialize in symptom reduction of both anxiety and depression, working to not only reduce symptoms but assist in alleviating old patterns and negative thoughts.
I know how debilitating both anxiety and depression can be, as well as other limitations that may hinder someone's day to day functions, and as someone who deals with debilitation herself, I offer solely telemedicine sessions so my patients can receive therapy from the comfort of their personal environment at an affordable rate.
