I love working with people who are looking to find a better way of doing things. At times, we can all feel stuck and my goal is to help you find new ways to get through those times. I have vast experience working with clients of all ages and genders. If someone would like to make changes, I can be their guide. An ideal client for me is someone who is eager to make the necessary changes to live a better life. I am credentialed to provide services for both mental health as well as substance abuse. I work closely with the courts and probation providing evaluations to include mental health, substance use and co-occurring.
I have worked as a social worker and probation officer, learning skills until I became a therapist. I believe we all have good in us. I believe everyone goes through rough patches and needs help to get to where we aspire to be. I have training in TF-CBT, Target, DBT, and DBT in schools, as well as gambling addiction.
