I specialize in working with clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, relationship conflicts. family-of-origin issues, and addiction issues, including substance use, food, pornography, and sex. I provide a welcoming, warm, non-judgemental space for clients to be themselves and feel better. I enjoy helping clients learn healthy relationship skills, emotional regulation, CBT and DBT skills, and inner-child work.
My colleagues and I collaborate to offer individual, in-person therapy, including equine therapy, to children and adults in Moreau, NY, and remote therapy to residents of NYS.
