Hi, I’m Kara. For the past 12 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families in medical settings during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. I support clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, birth trauma, infertility, and the stress of caring for a medically complex loved one. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty, grief, or burnout, you’re not alone. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to process medical trauma and life’s transitions, and also work with anxiety, depression, career stress, and grief.
I support adolescents (16+) and adults, specializing in perinatal mental health, caregiver stress, and medically complex family experiences. I help clients facing pregnancy and postpartum challenges, high-risk pregnancies, infertility, birth trauma, chronic illness caregiving, and the grief of loss, unmet expectations, and changed life plans.
I believe healing grows through conversation, shared support and a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and compassion. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they navigate some of life's most challenging seasons.
