As a person-centered and EMDR therapist, I bring a supportive, affirming, and warm approach while offering the appropriate level of challenge to foster meaningful growth.
I have experience and specialize in working with C-PTSD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders and autism. I am a neurodivergent therapist myself and enjoy working with neurodiverse clients.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages and am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailoring my approach to each client’s diagnosis.
