My ideal client is an adult survivor of childhood abuse, neglect, or intergenerational trauma who feels "stuck" in a cycle of anxiety, depression, and disconnection. You might feel powerless to change, worried about what others think, or exhausted by methods that haven't reached the root of your pain. You need a space where you don't have to explain away your "stuckness." Your goal is to feel safe in your own body, reclaim your voice, and to finally move forward with agency. I bridge the gap between talk therapy and deep healing through the power of the creative process. I specialize in integrating Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and CBT. We will use creative mark-making to externalize what words cannot reach, allowing you to regulate your nervous system and process trauma with gentle ease.
