My care philosophy is not to diagnose, label or categorize but rather, to treat the whole person as an individual who is separate from their problems. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, with emphasis on achieving balance in major life domains, and I operate with the highest degree of ethical standards of care. My ideal client is someone who believes in growth.
I believe that compassion is foundational to the helping process. As needed, I am also direct and structured in my approach and have the ability to tailor and pace treatment to your individual and unique needs. I am highly sensitive to evolving the process at your pace and convenience while still promoting and prompting advancement toward your goals.
