Trying to grow your family can put enormous pressure on your mental health, your relationship, and your sense of self. You may feel like infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, or early parenthood has completely taken over your life and that nobody around you fully understands what you're carrying. Maybe you and your partner are coping in totally different ways. Maybe intimacy feels strained, communication feels harder, or every pregnancy announcement feels painful. Maybe after everything it took to get pregnant, you expected to finally feel relieved but instead you feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself.
I specialize in therapy for individuals and couples navigating infertility, IVF, pregnancy after loss, postpartum anxiety, and the transition to parenthood. My work helps clients feel more emotionally grounded, more connected to themselves and each other, and more supported through one of the hardest seasons of life.
