Non-adherent DBT Skills/Psychoeducation Group
This group is structured in two parts and is designed for individuals ready to engage in deep, vulnerable healing work within a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and queer-affirming space. Psychoeducation Group (Mandatory) 6:00–7:30 PM Non-adherent, neurodivergent, DBT-framed psychoeducation that expands beyond traditional DBT, covering sensory needs, self-care, trauma, neurodivergence, nervous system responses, and related topics. Slides and materials are provided weekly. Process Group (Optional) 7:30–9:00 PM A facilitated space to process, integrate, and practice what emerges during psychoeducation, as well as other topics that may arise on your healing journey.
