I love working with clients with a variety of concerns, goals, and backgrounds. I am here to support anyone and everyone who is going through a difficult time in life or a has a goal they would like to reach. I have 10 years of experience practicing therapy with clients ranging from 5 years old to adulthood. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and families that have endured significant traumas or are struggling with mental health from a multitude of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

If we even know that we need it, we so often try everything else as a solution before reaching out. I am so glad you are here. Change is hard work and can even be frightening, but on the other side, the outcome can be beautiful. I work with folks who are are in various stages of change and understanding about how they want their lives to be different. I won't promise it will be easy or comfortable, but my hope is that you feel safe and supported along the way.

I have experience in crisis intervention, prevention, and management with a focus on adults with mental health and/or substance use/dual diagnosis concerns. I am detail oriented with great communication skills.

I love working with people who are ready to understand their emotions and to engage in a process of growth and healing. My clients often feel that the ways that they have been coping are no longer working and they are ready to try something new. Whether they are struggling with anxiety, depression, or interpersonal conflicts within their support system, I assist them with taking a deeper dive into examining the underlying sources of their discomfort.

I specialize in working with ages 15 and up. I offer a non-judgmental space that allows clients to express themselves and be open in session. I started as an educator and then a high school counselor prior to branching off into private practice. I enjoy helping individuals work through their difficult times and grow into who they desire to be. I don’t believe that a person needs “fixed” but more that you just need support while you grow and shift during a challenging time. I also enjoy helping couples reconnect and learn how to be the best partner they can be while keeping communication and intimacy intact.

As a clinician, it is my passion to support you through this process. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Kansas with a background in animal assisted social work, and crisis intervention. I work primarily with young adults, teens, women new to motherhood, and individuals with complex family dynamics.

I help people gain freedom from their issues with a revolutionary technique taught by my mentor, Marisa Peer, voted Britain’s best therapist. With RTT I can fix anything from skin conditions to weight issues, to phobias, to addictions, to chronic illness and disease, in just 1-3 sessions. I’m still seeing traditional therapy clients, but since my accreditation in RTT, I’m focusing on moving my practice to exclusively RTT and coaching clients. My target client includes anyone who has been unable to fix or heal from any type of issue, they’ve tried other ways, but have been unsuccessful! RTT is the missing link that can free you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who endeavors to come along side of you and aid in finding new perspectives, insights, and strengths in addressing life obstacles.
