About

In a safe, comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a holistic, highly individualized approach tailored to your needs in order to help you attain personal growth and awareness. Together we will work to create an experience where you feel empowered and on a positive path to mind, body, and spiritual wellness. Through collaboration, you will be able to reconcile and understand your past loss/traumas/relationships, overcome your challenges/patterns to live in the present, and make changes and grow into your true potential.
In my practice I draw on my background in evidence-based holistic therapies to complement and build upon your own strengths and skills. Based your needs, I meaningfully integrate my knowledge in Mindfulness Meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reiki, Psychodynamic & Attachment Approaches, Yoga Therapy, and Neurobiology.
If you're searching for compassionate support and understanding as you move through a difficult, challenging, and/or transitional time in your life, please call or email me for an individual, couples, group, or family therapy consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.

Kanjana Hartshorne's Groups

Yoga Therapy for Anxiety

Wellness is about preventing illness & promoting good health. This group empowers individuals to develop & begin a personalized wellness regimen that emphasizes the importance of well-being on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. We will pull from the practice of yoga and other healthy & holistic tools, many of which are also seen in psychotherapy. Not every person is the same, & what works well for one person may not be a good fit for another. Keeping this in mind, this group will teach a variety of healthy lifestyle & coping skills in order to find appropriate skills that work for each participant. http://bit.ly/yogatherapyanxiety
