Looking for support in life? Someone who takes your identity and culture into consideration to provide culturally competent care? I am dedicated to providing support to you in navigating the challenges in life. I love working with teenagers (11-18), young adults (19-35), and their families to support communication, self-esteem, and life transitions. I'm experienced in working with individuals facing anxiety, self-esteem issues, ADHD, college support, life transitions, "adulting," forming healthy relationships/boundary setting, & autism. I am familiar with working in family counseling, supporting and aligning with each individual.

I am committed to providing culturally competent care to the BIPOC community. I use a mix of CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, & client-centered play therapy to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment. I aim to walk along this journey with you and provide you with a comfortable place to talk, decompress, do the work, and heal.

I believe play is an essential component of everyone's life…not a fan of play, no worries - I can also work with you in talk therapy too! I am passionate about helping people overcome their obstacles and providing a non-judgmental space for them to feel empowered.
