My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about how people heal, adapt, and grow through life’s challenges. Over time, working with individuals facing stress, trauma, and major transitions reinforced my belief in the resilience people carry, even when it feels out of reach. Life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm can feel isolating—but support makes a difference. As a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor, I help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with intention. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on meaningful, sustainable growth.
