I want to make the process of therapy as welcoming as possible. I approach therapy from an emotion-focused, person centered point of view. I utilize DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and many other modalities to help you along your healing journey in a comfortable environment. I am also not afraid to challenge where necessary to facilitate your growth.
I seek to provide a supportive environment to work through issues. I enjoy working with the queer and neurodivergent communities. I am also trained in and able to provide evaluation/documentation in support of gender-affirming surgeries or treatments. I am a Covid Conscious therapist.
