In our first session, we'll focus on your concerns, what brought you to therapy, and any contributing factors. I’ll ask questions to deepen my understanding and help you start thinking differently about your situation. My aim is to help you get "unstuck" from psychological challenges and become the best problem-solver you can be, while working collaboratively to restore your sense of self-respect, self-worth, and self-mastery.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy using a therapeutic approach that draws on Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These evidence-based techniques empower clients to understand their perceptions better and develop tools for meaningful, positive life changes.
