I have over 13 years of experience working with victims of domestic and sexual violence. Being able to be there for clients as they unpack the "boxes" of emotional baggage is important to me. As a therapist, I am to create a space that is safe and welcoming for clients to be vulnerable without judgment and shame. Clients are encouraged to come as they are to therapy and start where they are. If you are feeling like you just need someone to listen to what you are feeling and thinking; you have come to the right place.
My therapeutic approach integrates modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques. Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or life transitions, I am here to offer a collaborative space where healing and growth are prioritized.
I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are. I take a holistic approach, which means I see you as a whole person—not just the challenges you face. My goal is to empower you to understand yourself better, learn healthier coping mechanisms, and develop resilience for life's ups and downs.
