My goal is not to give you advice but to provide a different perspective and cognitive behavioral tools for you to use through your therapeutic journey. My passions lie in working with humanitarian workers, military, women struggling with self love & religious deconstruction. Skilled in topics such anxiety, self-esteem and self worth, weight related struggles, body positivity, self harm behavior, trauma, religious trauma & deconstruction. Practice from a CBT foundation. Trained in Trauma Focused CBT.

Minored in Intercultural Studies because I have a passion for working with a diverse group of people. Every person, couple, family are different and does not fit into a cookie cutter mold. In my practice I help clients realize what works for them in relation to their culture, beliefs, values, morals.
