Working in partnership to provide individual, family, couples, and co-parenting services to support working towards therapeutic goals. Center for Fresh Start to Positive Change (CFSPC) is owned and operated by Kandalena Ary, who holds an Ed.D. doctorate in Counseling Psychology and a second Ph.D. doctorate in Public Policy Administration, focusing on non-profit leadership management. Dr. Ary is also a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.
