Are you a person who suffers from anxiety, overwhelm, or trauma related symptoms? I will approach our work together from a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate perspective. My goal is to utilize the clients' strengths and focus on the relationship to meet each client where they are at and work alongside them as they process challenges and work toward their goals. By integrating Brainspotting , I’ll help you navigate and transform your challenges into a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, leading you toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
My clinical work has focused on anxiety, trauma and perinatal mood disorders including bereavement and infertility. I am trained in Brainspotting. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma, parenting issues, and interpersonal challenges.
It's important to find the therapist that's right for you! I hope I can help you on that journey. Please reach out to me to schedule your appointment today. I look forward to hearing from you!
