Kamryn offers hope and solutions to families by providing counseling to children and teenagers experiencing anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional distress, school issues, and childhood trauma.
Your child will learn to strengthen vital skills such as emotional regulation, effective communication, assertiveness, empathy, and self-awareness. My goal is for your child to feel heard, seen, and validated. Kids are resilient, but oftentimes, therapy at a young age can help change the path for adulthood.
Parents are the key to positive change, so I will walk along side you throughout the therapy process. We are a team! You will join the last 15-minutes of the session for feedback on your child and helpful tips to utilize within the home.
