Hi, I Specialize in Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy! Navigating life in a way society deems acceptable is not only difficult, but draining. Adjusting your lifestyle to reflect what others think is right can keep the peace but at the expense of yourself. Add on neurodiversity, like ADHD or autism, and life can feel even trickier. It can feel like you’re the only person without the cheat codes to life. Maybe you struggle with executive functioning skills like organization and time management, or feel overwhelmed by tasks like grocery shopping. Life in general just seems to take more out of you than it does others.

Through psychodynamic and ACT approaches we can uncover the core of who you are; like what makes you feel fulfilled and what gives your life meaning. With a solution-focused approach, we can implement strategies for emotional and social success. Coping mechanisms come in all shapes and sizes and there isn’t a one size fits all approach.

If you’re struggling to know who you really are, are feeling like you don’t fit in, want to improve how you feel about yourself, and/or are looking for guidance on better meeting your needs, connecting with other neurodivergent adults can help.
