I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with extensive experience
supporting individuals across the lifespan. I work with young adults, adults, and
older adults, and brings a grounded, relational approach to clients navigating
depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, boundary setting, relational challenges,
and major life transitions.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the
University of Texas at San Antonio. I have specialized training in trauma-informed
care and integrates a person-centered, culturally responsive framework to ensure that
each client’s treatment is tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and lived
experiences.
