I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet each client where they are with compassion, authenticity, and respect.
I am trained in EMDR therapy and have experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other personal challenges. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming and my Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Utah State University.
My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling supported, understood, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
