I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of clinical experience, including roles in medical, private practice, and community health centers, as well as in supervisory positions. I have a passion for working with women who are struggling with self-esteem, relationship issues, and career and family challenges. I also specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families who are managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I provide a safe space for clients to explore and identify experiences that have caused increased stress and move forward to manage more productively.

I earned my MSW at Smith College’s School of Social Work and my BSW at Bridgewater State University. I use a unique style to motivate clients to achieve their goals while increasing self-esteem. I utilize a strengths perspective with solution-focused CBT, incorporating motivational interviewing and mindfulness with compassion and humor.
