I specialize in approaches to Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to engage clients during the therapy session. I have training in Premarital Counseling, Grief and Loss, and Christian Counseling for those who find spirituality vital to their stories. I also offer Telehealth and in-person sessions.
