This comes by first loving and understanding oneself, and then connecting with and understanding our partner or loved one.
I specialize in self-esteem work, trauma healing, partner-oriented counseling, and addiction recovery. I do this through self-empowerment, with an emphasis on principles and concepts from Relational Life Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Enneagram.
