I draw from approaches like Restoration Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (similar to EMDR). My goal is to help you understand what's behind the patterns you feel stuck in, and help you find compassion, connection, and lasting change.
Therapy is a team effort, and I see myself as a guide who walks alongside you, not in front of you. I welcome people from all backgrounds and strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted.
