I am a Licensed Therapist. I am currently holding multiple licenses as a Mental Health Therapist and a Substance Abuse Therapist. Taking the first step is never easy, but it can be so beneficial to your life. I hope to continue the journey with you toward recovery. I work with clients ages 9-99 who have issues with trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse issues. I am here to provide support and develop coping skills to have a healthier life.
I have been in mental health and substance abuse services for over 25 years. I have multiple licenses in both areas and supervisory licenses also. l use cognitive behavior therapy, trauma-focused, EMDR, and motivational interviewing treatment approaches.
I provide open, clear, and concise communication. I am practicing active listening and will provide positive opportunities to feel heard and cared for. I will be open, supportive, and provide a safe place to work through the issues you are facing. I am a non-judgmental person and strive for positive communication.
