I am a clinical psychologist based in the San Francisco Bay/East Bay area. My practice includes psychotherapy and evaluation for couples and adults. I am also available for teaching, training, consultation, and supervision in a wide array of settings. I have two locations, one in the heart of Castro Valley, near BART, and one in San Ramon right off the 680 freeway. I take Cigna Insurance only, however your insurance policy may have "Out of network" benefits, which would provide some reimbursement for therapists that don't take your insurance.
Feeling good in therapy is not the same as making changes in your life. Our work together will help you reduce stress, anxiety, and maladjustment, and help you experience more happiness, peace, fulfillment, and productivity in your life.
My style is warm, interactive, and assertive, and I like to check in with my clients about how they feel about our relationship, the work we are doing together, and how we can make therapy as productive as possible.
