Hello, I specialize in working with the following: Teen/Young Adult Issues- I help teens/young adults learn valuable skills that help them make sense of their thoughts, feelings, and values; this helps them be better equipped and empowered to make better decisions in their relationships, school, and work. Counseling with me can help teens and young adults build their confidence, bounce back from setbacks, focus on their goals, manage stress, and have healthy relationships.

Men's Issues- Often, men appreciate practical tools that they can utilize to improve their lives right away. I like men to think of me as a mental personal trainer, rather than a traditional therapist. I support men struggling with anxiety and relationship issues.

Athletes- As an avid athlete myself, I understand the importance of having a strong and healthy mental health. I work with athletes who struggle with measuring up with teammates, pre-game anxiety, handling setbacks, injuries, balancing sports and life (ie. school, relationships).

Our therapy group for teenage boys focuses on building self-esteem in a supportive and understanding environment. Through guided discussions and activities, participants will learn to recognize their strengths, develop a positive self-image, and set realistic personal goals. The group fosters peer connections, allowing boys to share experiences and support each other's growth. Open to teenage boys, this group aims to empower them with the confidence and skills needed for a healthy self-esteem. Tuesdays. 8 week commitment. $50 per group session - $400 for 8 weeks.
