I enjoy working across the lifespan and have supported children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I incorporate neurodiversity affirming child centered play therapy techniques and creative expression to foster emotional expression, connection, and healing with kids and teens
