My main specialty is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. TF-CBT addresses the mental health needs of those suffering from the destructive effects of trauma. While that sounds incredibly clinical, my goal is to educate, help you reprocess and heal from traumatic events so you can live your life to the fullest extent.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am particularly passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and strive to be a kind and supportive presence in each person's individual path. I am passionate about working with a variety of populations, backgrounds, and culture, and aim to create a safe inclusive space for all.
