Are you a woman trying to conceive, pregnant or postpartum? Are you feeling disconnected from your community and your body as you navigate fertility struggles? Are you exhausted and anxious during your pregnancy? Are you struggling with the overwhelm, grief and confusion that often comes with having a new baby? Maybe you’re beginning to question your body, your abilities, your relationship, and your choices. This can all happen as you navigate the reproductive years, and you are not alone!
I support women and families to find more ease and lessen the heartache. I will bring a warm and compassionate presence to assist you in coping with negative emotions, finding your values and identity as a new and expecting mother, strengthening your communication and ability to ask for help, and affirming and attuning to your lived experiences.
As a mother to young children, and with lived experience with postpartum anxiety, pregnancy loss, and NICU stays, I empathize with your challenges. I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities, and have extensive specialized training in perinatal mental health. I can offer a free consultation call of 15 minutes.
