Life doesn’t always go the way you imagined. Trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Therapy is meant to be a place to slow down, get perspective, learn to regulate your nervous system, and start changing your relationship to the past. My expertise lies in supporting clients as they navigate both acute and complex trauma, along with challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational health, and life transitions.
My approach blends evidence-based trauma treatments, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems-informed theory, with practical skills for emotional regulation. As an LMFT, I also work from a systemic lens to consider the context of your experiences and how the problem is held in place. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you.
