I help people who struggle with depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and creative blocks. An additional focus of my practice centers around issues such as race-related stress, acculturation challenges, and bicultural identity. I specialize in working with immigrants and children of immigrants, people navigating major life transitions, and creatives and artists. You may long for a space that can lead to deeper understanding and real transformation, not just short-term coping. Therapy can offer a space to listen inward, begin to understand yourself more deeply, and find new ways to respond to challenges.
