My goals are to assist clients with processing and coping with cognitive behavioral distortions and discrepancies, with the aim to assist clients in becoming more self-aware at the same time encompassing the entire human experience. I am a passionate, ambitious, ethical professional with communication proficiency and the required experience to successfully work with a diverse clientele base. I believe that my professional background coupled with my personal life experiences make me a very well rounded licensed professional counselor.
As a licensed professional counselor, I work with anxiety, depression, anger management, stress reduction, and self-care application. I utilize clinical counseling principles, methods, and procedures to assist clients in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, career development and adjustment.
