I’m an EMDR therapist in Sarasota, Florida who helps women feel like themselves again after trauma. Many of the clients I work with have faced challenges such as childhood trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, complex trauma, and other distressing experiences. My approach is a kind and gentle therapy that integrates relational therapy, EMDR, and inner child work.

In therapy we work together to lessen the impact of your traumatic memories, making them feel less overwhelming. My approach empowers you to confront and reshape the negative beliefs that stem from those experiences. By rewiring your brain in this way, we pave the path for embracing new, more positive core beliefs.
