I support clients struggling with anxiety and depression process their thoughts and feelings so that they can learn safe and healthy coping skills to respond to those challenging experiences. I am motivated by my clients' desire to heal, learn, and grow. Healing is sacred and I provide a safe space for you to share your experiences, process the impact, and release your stress so you can move forward and enjoy being present.
Some of the modalities I use are cognitive behavioral interventions, talk-therapy, and mindfulness. My practice also includes supervision and consultation for associate clinical social workers.
